I saw a post from him this week on the handbuilt models FB group. He is safe but his posts are very short. I think I know where he is but I believe, for reasons known only to him, he does not want his location public at this time. I would suggest, for anyone here who does know, to keep quiet about the location until he reveals it publicly.
As for Mr. Pivtorak of EMC, I have not heard from him in several weeks since stating he was staying in Kyiv.
