Just in, this is from AutoCult's Avenue 43 series. The pictures look metallic gray, but there is a very very slight greenish tinge to the color - internet pics are not detailed enough to show this tint. This is not a true vintage concept car; instead it is based on Pinin Farina design drawings made in the 1950s for a "European" grand touring car. In the 1990s, Carl Schneider and Peter Portugal took a 1952 Packard Mayfair and created this might-have-been car. More details here: https://wikicars.org/en/Packard_Parisian and here: https://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z9429/packard-pinin-farina-coupe.aspx .

Thanks, Harv, for your fine pictures and good reporting.  I have an older Mikansue kit that reminds me of this Packard.  It's a Bentley.

And here is another of Peter Portugal's amazing creations.   He cleverly used the lower tailgate with embedded spare tire from a 1949 Plymouth wagon on this woody.

That is a handsome one Harv! it looks quite Cadillac-kee with its rocket fuselage rear quarter panels and swooping fastback design.

Thanks for the heads up.
