Just in, this is from AutoCult's Avenue 43 series. The pictures look metallic gray, but there is a very very slight greenish tinge to the color - internet pics are not detailed enough to show this tint. This is not a true vintage concept car; instead it is based on Pinin Farina design drawings made in the 1950s for a "European" grand touring car. In the 1990s, Carl Schneider and Peter Portugal took a 1952 Packard Mayfair and created this might-have-been car.
