stunning model just arrived. Beautiful and unusual rust color. Highly detailed, and recommended!
My first 1/43 from a few years back, which I've just moved into my new wall display case. Started diecast collecting with FMs first release 1/24 red Mercedes in 1987. Always interested in other scales but because of 1/24 availability through the mints and secondary market I just stuck with 1/24. Few years back one of our skilled photographers posted pics here of this Rolls saying it could be had at a reasonable price. Pics convinced me to buy one. What an incredible model. Ever since I can remember I've loved accurate scale representations, of, well anything. The scale representation here is outstanding. Beautiful detail. I honestly reckon, even based on my ordinary pics, a 'casual' collector would ask, what scale is that?
Excellent choices Geoff, congrats on your new finds. The Dual Ghia is a great model, I have 2 of them when they were released, coral & dark blue. I considered the red but never got it.
I like the Rolls-Royce too; you had me checking my database where I discovered I have that as well, kind of forgot about it. I picked it up 10 years ago for $50. I need to track it down, I didn't find photos either, so the hunt is on.

I love that Dual Ghia, Geoff. Like John, I picked up that Rolls Royce at a good price a few years ago in a flurry of Rolls Royce/Bentley collecting. Your post reminded me that I have it.
I have the Ghia in coral. They are super sharp.
thanks Rich, your pics show up the rust color more accurately.@rich-sufficool Every color is BEAUTIFUL.
The Rolls will always hold pride of place here gents!
