It was produced just about twenty years ago, and I think mine came from Asheville Diecast. I know it was expensive! Somewhere around $50. I displayed it for quite a while. And then I discovered Bare Metal Foil Co.
That was enough for several more years, but one day that black steering wheel was just too wrong.
Easy to take it apart, just two screws and two little spots of glue. These old Brooklins really fit together nicely. But the pedals should have been black, and the interior door handles . . .
And now it's back together and ready to return to its display spot. I like the steering wheel a little better now.
Enjoy!

Yes, very nice work and BMF can be daunting.
Congrats on enhancing your Lincoln.

Excellent work David.
A beautiful job. This is a very nice model, and your detailing makes it even better.

Very well done David and a great detail improvement.
I looked at that old BRK Lincoln one time too many, I guess. What bothered me was the lack of a back-up mirror. (That's what we used to see behind us when backing up before those viewing screens dominated our dashboards. Remember?) So I went to the "parts box" shelf, found one, and had fun.
Fun! It was nice to take a break from the other projects I'm attempting. But the biggie today was mowing the grass. Whee!
