One of my favorite Brooklin models is this number 135 Hudson Hornet, a Brooklin model individualized by John Roberts. Now it has been in my possession for several years, and yet its paint and detailing are still fresh and inviting to the eye. Here's more: (Click on a picture for enlargement.)
John Roberts used to be quite active here on the forum, and if he sees this, I wish him my best. Perhaps others here have one of his modifications? This is my only one, and I still treasure it. I would enjoy seeing others. John has several of his on his web site at http://www.cjroberts.com/djr/

I miss seeing John's posts along with others who used to be active on the old website. I'm told that they are on Facebook which I don't do. John di a model of my first car for me a couple of years ago and posted pictures on the old website. The car was a 1937 Studebaker Dictator sedan which he created by using two Brooklin models, a 37 Studebaker Dictator coupe and a 37 Buick sedan. The result was absolutely amazing as is all of John's work.
That is a beautiful model for sure. John Roberts does do some very wonderful work. I am fortunate enough to have 10 models that are his creation. Each one is a treasure.
