Question for the forum: I purchased two models from a Russian vendor on Feb 7, a tracking number was provided on Feb 12. The last entry on the tracking data was "processed through facility MOSKVA PCI-21" this was on February 27. There are no further tracking entries. Ebay says "Estimated delivery March 18". What delays are folks experiencing on shipments from Russia? Seller says delays are due to COVID but my items from China, UK, and Italy have no where near this length of delay.

John, one of my orders from Russia was delivered six weeks later than eBay's estimated delivery date. And that was before COVID...
"processed through facility MOSKVA PCI-21" means Russian Post has passed it through one of their facilities in Moscow, but this does not mean that the shipment has already reached the airport and cleared customs for export.

John, 2 months is a typical wait for a parcel from Russia now. I am waiting for one now, and it shows me the parcel traveled to Poland first, then to Germany, and is waiting to be shipped to Canada from there. COVID messed thing up in a bad way.
My parcel from China is now in Instanbul, Turkey. Go figure....
eBay item(not 1/43 related) shipped from Moscow on Feb. 25th. Arrived to me on April 12th.
John,
I ordered an expensive model from Russia last year with tracking but it never arrived. Last tracking note showed it processed through a mail facility in Russia. I filed a lost parcel report with the USPS but the package was never found. I hope your experience isn’t as bad as mine.
Just for kicks, try this Russian tracking site:
I find it useful and accurate for inbound packages from non-US countries and it links to many different parcel carriers.
@john-sharisky Thanks for this. There is hope, this site shows that it was in the USPS Queens NY Distribution site as of April 29. So traveling across the USA by USPS should not take all that much longer. Thanks again.
