I would just like to share an experience that I recently had with Brooklin.I ordered a BML 1941 Buick convertible from the BM Outlet on Ebay last month. When it arrived, it looked like the box had been kicked around like a football. I opened the box only to find several pieces of the model had fallen off and the window frame was flattened. Although I could have attached the pieces with white glue, I have found in the past that trying to straighten white metal usually results in the piece breaking.I noticed hairline cracks in the window frame which made matters worse and decided not to attempt to straighten it. I took pictures of the damaged model and contacted Simon.I could not figure out how to attach pictures to Ebay's messager and told Simon I would send pictures under separate cover. He responded immediately and said he would send a replacement. No need to send pictures. A replacement model arrived within 2 weeks. This one was perfect, no damage or loose pieces. What a great experience. First class customer service from Brooklin. I only wish I could find this kind of customer service from other retailers.
I think it's always great to praise excellent customer service. Thank you for sharing that with us.
