Just a note to let everyone know that Amanda came through for me. Three months ago I received the red 57 Chevrolet four door hardtop. Upon opening the box I saw that the driver's side windshield wiper was missing. I immediately notified my dealer who said that he would contact the distributer to get one. Long story short, no wiper and no information when I might expect one. After three calls and no satisfaction I contacted Amanda who put one in the mail for me which arrived today. If Brooklin ever loses her they will be without the best customer service rep any company ever had.

I also agree.   Over the years, Amanda has come to my rescue several times.  I know Brooklin is doing a lot of re-organizing and streamlining, but I only hope they leave Amanda doing just what she has been doing so well for so long.
