This next post in my Brooklin in Illinois series features the 1955 Plymouth Belvedere convertible and sport coupe in Pompano Peach and Black.  This was the 2023 BCC model.  It had options for display as a top-down convertible (as shown here), top-up convertible, and hardtop.  Optional skirts could also be attached. For the pictures, I again use a scene from the original US Route 66.  This "house and canopy" style gas station, located in Dwight Illinois, is known as Ambler's Texaco Gas Station and Becker's Marathon Gas Station.  It provided Texaco gas from 1933 to 1971 and Marathon gas from 1971 to 1999.  From 2005 to 2007 it was restored to its 1940s appearance.

Thank you Ed. I love your Illinois displays. It is the first time that I have seen this Plymouth Belvedere. Nice!

@david-green I did show this model sometime in the past. However, with all the nice models shown in this forum, it is easy to miss one. Here is a previous photo using a photo background on a foggy day.

@ed-davis Thanks Ed I did miss this one. Love the model, and of course, the background on both of your pictures. I display my copy of this model with the hardtop and fender skirts in place as I have an earlier release of the Plymouth in convertible top down form.
