Brooklin's New Graham PICS

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this BML Series 1934 Graham is an entirely new tool, and it looks to be one of Brooklin's best. I haven't had time to do a full research on it yet, but the lines match photos in Collectible Automobile and the near-vertical hood louvers identify it as an early, or "First Series" 1934: Second Series '34s had three rows of horizontal slots. The exterior could also be called an second Series 1933, but the interior does have the 1934 dash, though as usual nothing is picked out. I'd rate the paint as Brooklin's best yet; the glossy dark than does have a gold metallic pigment and no orange peel at all. From the photos I've looked at so far, this one is fully detailed on the exterior; the contrast- color beltline molding appears to havve been an option or perhaps dealer added, since there are photos with and without it. A cream or orange beltline will really spruce this one up.

This one's proving to be very popular, but then

Brooklin's 1930s offerings generally go down well.

You're right Wayne, it's entirely new...as are most BRKs these days.

This is a model of the Graham Blue Streak in the Bulgari Collection and it lives at Allentown. If you go onto YouTube you can see a short film labelled 'This car matters' where Keith Flickinger guides you round the car. The metallic finish took a lot of work to replicate the original. I think it's worked well.
