This die-cast toy car was made in England by Kemlows and represents a Cadillac Fleetmaster Sedan.

First released in 1947 and only produced for a couple of years.

This was one of only two cars made by Kemlows the other being an armoured car based on a civilian car.

They then went onto make railway accessories for BJ Ward.

Is it 1/43rd-ish?  Never seen one in person!

Nearer 1:48th scale Karl @karl and goes well with the Dinky Toys cars from the same period.

Indeed Mike @mikedetorrice and at the rear you can just ascertain a ring as part of the casting.

This was so you could hook up to a caravan (camping trailer) also made by Kemlows for even more play time fun!

I have yet to see the Kemlows caravan in the wild but who knows someday I may be lucky.
