@chris Of all the fins 'n' wings, this is undoubtedly my favourite. Nice colour combo, too.

@jkuvakas Thank you for this information and for the pictures of these fabulous cars.  I guess they were produced at Ghia like so many of Chrysler Corp.s specials.  Between yours and Christopher's posts, my question is being well and truly answered.

The Flight Sweep was a show car from 1955. Chrysler started using the terminology in its 1956 ads along with "The Forward Look."

What a great shame this one wasn't produced as a Plymouth for 1960 and onward.  It has great styling and could have been altered to include the 4- door body and '61 Chrysler style or even stacked headlights.
