Brooklin used their ‘51 Morris Minor as a basis for the ‘60 1,000,000th special edition Morris Minor. The detail on the ‘61 special edition is incredible. Only 50 copies were made.

An excellent comparison David. Thank-you for posting it. I just received my copy, #19 and I LOVE IT. This is such an amazing model, wonderful changes from the '51 version. A perfect pair.

Thanks for the face-to-face!  I was hoping someone would do that!  That would be great to show the Lansdowne/BCC  facebook groups and put on hobbyDB.  If you don't mind, I will it with photo credit to you.

Karl. anything you can do to get word out about this 1,000,000th would be great. It is an exquisite model of an iconic British car. The detail and the changes from the 1952 are correct as Brooklin was able to revise the original. I have not mounted the mirrors  on the front fenders.
