Hello from France to all,
First of all I would like to wish you all good luck for this difficult period, the situation in France is becoming milder but still very fragile. Think of your family, protect yourself.
I just managed to register on this forum and I hope to give you a little pleasure with my reproductions of French cars from the "big" years.
I have been tinkering since 1970 and the first American I met at Jacques Greilsamer's was Jacques Grelley.
For 10 years, each beginning of the year when I spend administrative days (Balance sheet of my company, taxes, reminder of charges etc ...) I tell myself I stop at the end of the year but at 73 years old I continue .

I am happy to own a few of your wonderful Bugatti models. Top drawer stuff!
I, too, met Jacques Grelley many years ago, when he was based in Chicago. Got a Cuban Grand Prix poster from him.
He had some reproductions of the original poster autographed by his great friend Juan Manuel Fangio. Fangio did not actually run that race, as he had been kidnapped the night before by Cuban revolutionaries!
Funny...you call Jacques Grelley an American. But to us, he was a Frenchman.
Maybe it was his accent!

Beautiful Delahayes! Like John Kuliak I too met Jacques Grelley.
It was at a swapmeet in either Chicago or Toledo, can't remember which. He told me what it was like driving DB-Panhards.
I used to have the AMR-Grelley Porsche 917 Pink Pig, but it is long gone I'm afraid. Your Type 57S Chassis 57502 is still one of my favorite models ever.

Your Delahayes grace our forum, Yves. One of my early projects, some 30 years ago, centered on the models of R.A.M.I. by JMK, and I still treasure them. So I know of the early French leadership in our scale. I look forward to more of your collection. Welcome to Forum 43.

Yves, after reading some of the posts, are you a builder of models or kits?....
I am not familiar with your models. Can you fill in the blanks, and tell us a little history about your company. At least for my own information, I have worked with many different builders in France, so I would like to know more about you. Your models appear to be superb builds. Thank you.
