I find it absolutely fascination that some of the most beautiful, well designed and crafted automobiles ever built were made during the decade of the worst world-wide Depression in the modern age. You would think that the industry would have completely devolved to producing the cheapest cars possible, yet, like this beautiful 1934 Packard 12 1107 Victoria convertible, the likes of Duesenberg, Pierce, Auburn, Cord as well as Packard continued to produce these iconic automobiles. Of course, the coming war signaled the demise of many, including the coach builders, but it was an incredible decade of innovation and artistry that won't ever be seen again.
What the hell? Are you on the correct Forum; that's 1/43 scale? 😮 😯 Wow!
A stunning model, wonderful photos.
