At the Detroit Auto Show in January 1999 Ford displayed a concept car that harkened back to the original 1st Gen cars. Maisto, in conjunction with Road and Track, issued a model that same year - I was able to buy one ae Walmart for the princely sum of six bucks. A pretty good buy at that price - included was a removeable porthole top and a plastic piece to swap out when the convertible boot piece was removed.
The James Bond movie 'Die Another Day' used a 2002 T-Bird as Bond girl Jinx's ride. The car was in a coral color that was not on the charts for 2002, but in 2003 Ford issued a special 007 edition in this color, though the top was white. Since Ford owned Aston Martin and Jaguar at the time, the movie included hero and nemesis versions of these too. Minichamps made all three, available individually or in a three-car set.

I took the model off its stand to expose the base, but it had no more information. Click on pictures for enlargement.
By Motorhead Miniatures. Now they make larger scale figures mostly... https://www.hobbydb.com/marketplaces/hobbydb/subjects/motorhead-miniatures-brand
@karl I really liked the cars that Motorhead did in 1:43; especially the 59 Ford wagon in 2-tone. Too bad they didn't carry on.
@jack-dodds If only their QC had been better. Misapplied chrome strips were fairly common. The white T-Bird I posted a few days ago has a couple of "bumps".

I have a couple 55 Birds, 3 59 Ford wagons, a 62 Bird and 2 Cougars by them and no issues at all. Maybe I just got lucky.
Thanks, Karl. I have added this information to the box.
@d-m-holcombe David - my box has the Motorhead brand on the bottom.
Jack I got lucky as well.
