I’m going to go out on a limb here and say he has all the colors.

Nice model Harv. Thanks for showing it.

Brings back memories. I was a Volvo dealer parts guy from 1981-2012. The ruggedness and forehead-slapping simplicity of these cars was lost on me until much later.

John, from 1972 - 76 we lived in Westborough just down the road from Marlborough. Nice part of the world.  It was during that time when my collecting cars in 1:43 really took off. I discovered Bob Brennan at MTI (Miniature Toys Inc.) Does anybody remember MTI?

@david-knight I bought plenty from MTI in the old days. Still have an Ashton Ahtrns-Fox ladder truck (Ashton was an MTI exclusive make I think).

@david-knight @mg-harv 1972 was just when Tekno gave up the ghost.  I bought a few things mail-order from MTI back then- can't remember if I got any Teknos from them...

@randyrusk   Came in white, red, yellow, and this blueI don't have the blue one - seems to be pretty rare! 😥

There were Police, Fire, and Taxi versions as well.  Two variations exist as well - due to cost cutting or die issues, the interior door cards and side windows were deleted later in its life...

Then, it was one of the few Tekno Denmark castings that were re-issued by Tekno Holland - I think all were civilian and with a stripe down the side.

Back 35+ years ago there was some model/toy seller on the east coast I think, who used to put out a multi page newsprint listing of all his inventory?    Can recall who that was but is was a very big listing as I recall.  I found some choice items from time to time.
