After Wayne Moyer stated the Minichamps was better detailed than the Ixo version of the 1966 Ford GT Mk. II, I did a side-by-side comparison and agreed with him on this Forum and in MAR in 2012. I've recently upated my pics of the winning No. 2 car, and No. 3 which DNF'd. It's curious that Minichamps didn't do all 8 cars from the race, maybe the market was saturated with the Ixos, leaving a bunch of MCs on the shelves. Too bad, because the engine was reasonably detailed for the time.

I have the orange Minichamps.
I have the orange one as well...it is very well done.

It is one of the cars in the 100 years of Ford set done by Minichamps. There are several on ebay right now. It is well done IMO.

@jack-dodds That's the "retro" 2003 Ford GT. What I posted were the original 1966 Le Mans cars. I have that set too but mine is yellow.
