Al Holbert ended up 2nd overall in the '73 Trans Am championship driving his blue Carrera RSR. First was Peter Gregg. As a manufacturer, Porsche won the championship.
This car was the same chassis number as raced by Penske at Daytona (posted yesterday). I guess Roger had his hands full campaigning the all-conquering 917/30 in Can-Am to fool with the Trans-Am series, and handed the RSR off to Holbert.
