I probably should have included this one with the MGB post, but didn't have a picture last week. This is the pre-whizzwheels version (I never bought any Corgis with these). Corgi modified the hood area for the bulges needed to accommodate the 6-cylinder used in the MGC. The yellow with black color scheme was snazzy but not authentic, but they did change the hatch decal to say "MGC". About 8,000 MGCs were made, split between GTs and roadsters, some with manual and some automatic. I'm unaware of any other diecast MGCs, though there have been a few in resin by Provence Moulage, maybe others.

In much better shape than mine.  Plus I don't have the luggage to hold up the hatch!  😥

Okay, Harv, I just bought this:

1974 MG B MGB Mk 4 Roadster 1/43 K&R Replicas ACE4 England white metal kit MB

1974 MG B Mk 4 Roadster 1/43 K&R Replicas ACE4 England white metal kit MB and it's your fault!   Your continuing MG Saga has caught me and I want to get into the game!   One of these days, sometime far in the future, I will receive, build , and display the results of my purchase . . . I hope.    And thanks.

@karl I seem to recall there was a sheet of race number stickers, white numbers on black roundels. So both of ours may be incomplete.

@d-m-holcombe  Should be a lot easier to prepare for painting than those Mikansue kits David! K&R did good work.
