Does BRK will made two versions of the 1961 Pontiac?
On Brasilia Press and as well in the new Brooklin catalogue 2019-2020 it is written BRK 231 1961 Pontiac Ventura Hardtop Sports Coupe (Bubble top) and on Brasilia Press it is written also BRK 232 1961 Pontiac Ventura HT Coupe?
I can't comment on your question, Michel, because I haven't seen the listings to which you refer. But there was only one Ventura Sports Coupe in 1961 and that is the one we refer to as the "Bubble-top." Why there might be two different listings and two different cars, I have no idea.
From Brooklin production plan the BRK232 is a 1967 Pontiac Firebird Hardtop Coupe.
It is a typographic error on the site of Brasilia Press Inc
I Hope than the BRK 231 will open the door to others different body style for the 1961 Pontiac?
Thank you, Gianluigi and Rick.
On the listing I received from Brooklin sometime ago Michel
BRK232 was shown as a 1967 Pontiac Firebird Hardtop Coup?, but that is not shown in the catalogue. I did include it on my web site forthcoming models listing. I will check with Amanda on Monday. It maybe that its been deferred until 2020.
Thank you, Mike. On the listing that you received, do you see a date of entry for the BRK 229 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu HT coupe?
BRK229 will be the '57 Chevy hardtop and the numbers will be adjusted...
this is an error that was spotted after the catalogue appeared. I guess it's easy to overlook the occasional blip in a new publication as comprehensive as this.
I am totally agree for the catalogue. Which is the most important for me is to know if the Malibu is planned for 2019 or 2020? Not sure but i think that the BRK 229 will be the '57 Chevy convertible by referring on Mike's site.
