Econoline towing a Corvair
Curtis Parisi wanted an Econoline towing a Corvair so here it is. The Corvair, which is actually a quite nice model and very inexpensive, is a Road Signatures, I believe by Yatming. Nice companion to the Brooklin hardtop.

Looks good.

It's not a race corvair but this set up is more believable but I don't know about those trailer wheels
Yes, those trailer wheels are not my preference either.

I mentioned the VW split pick-up with a Porsche recently...
I can't see that would have worked either - but it did look nice.
Pics, John .... this one is a recent build/restored in the Netherlands
It is build specific to carry the restored Porsche.....
However this T1 has a slightly upgraded VW engine instaled.
Thought, but not shore, it pumps out 80 to 85 horsepower now.
By the way..... these VW's transporters where very common over here I remember a few that where running in my hometown, they carried almost everything that would fit on the back, mostly carwrecks though.

I like this one Ben! It would make a great 1:43...
I know my '69 Early Bay with its 1600 cc engine is not particularly fast. I don't think it would enjoy pulling a Porsche! I'll have to ask my son if I can borrow his 996 to see if the old VW can pull it!!
I think thats the problem John, pulling will be harch but in this case the lightweight (550 Kilo maybe) Porsche sits on top of the Split, that makes it much easyer to haul, less power is needed. I think the Bay will have some problems pulling a heavy 996, but would look nice for a snapshot ๐
