Wow, what a fine video display of these exquisite replicas ! Pretty impressive wooden bases they are sitting on, too. Do you know if  they come with an extra top-up option, or do you purchase them either way ?

@mikedetorrice, there was no option. Two versions were available: top-up and top-down.

I had quite a few of them, when they were new, and they are really nice.

I sold them all for Mikhail Bashmashnikov.

Wish I still had the two matching-number-cars, but I sold them...

Well, sometimes you regret things you've done in the past and this surely counts for me.

By the way, there's one listed on eBay for about 5 years now, seller lives in the USA.

Price is far above the reasonable........that's why he can't sell it.

And quite recently two were sold by a Polish seller, but I suspect he did not stick to eBay-rules. I Dont Know

And to be honest, I would be a little curious how these models turn out to be, after more than 10 years of sitting on a shelf, exposed to temperature-changes and light.

My man-cave is positioned on the not-so-sunny side of our house, so temperature-changes are not so strong and it is a really dark-room, where no out-side light can come in.

So as far as I can tell, my resins ('cause that's what we are talking about) remain quite good.

I opted only for the top up version - it looks so much better that way. I've also never found a way to get the too-tight nails out of the base while preserving the display case top scratch-free in order to get good pics on several of my EMCs, including this one.

@mg-harv, I've done OK with needle nose pliers and a lot of patience. Even then, I'm not always successful.

Thanks for video, John! EMC is a legend in the scale model  industry. Vladimir Pivtorak and his team a professionals.

This Horch is one of the most iconic cars of the Golden Age 1920-30s. EMC model has a special body made by Ermann&Rossi workshop.

In Auto-Unoin concern, which consisted of Horch, Audi, Wanderer and DKW, Horch was the most presticious and expensive brand.
