Engine Compartment Detailing? (pix)

I figured I'd pose my question on this forum since there are several professional model builders here.
I'm not a big fan of hinges used on models. Obviously they are designed for maximum efficiency and cost feasiblilty. Well I'm after realism. Does anyone know of any real looking pre-made hood hinges that I can purchase in 1/43rd scale or do I have to make them myself.

Frank, although not as fimilar with 1/43 as I am with 1/18 & 1/24, I am unaware of any small scale..

..hood hinges. In the past I have taken "large 1/24" items and adapted them to fit 1/18. Perhaps a "small 1/24 or 1/32" hinge could be modified.

Good luck and post pics.

Where would I get the 1/24 or 1/32 hinges?
