Fast cars and fast women - Part 1 (well, OK, one is a truck)

Prior to Christmas 2013, Matrix issued their Troutman & Barnes Porsche 911 4-door with a (ahem) "Santa's helper" figure. I posted this back around that time, and note that the car can be displayed without her if one so choses.

Matrix issued another holiday model in 2014, this time with a blonde adorning the base to which a Ghia 230 S was attached, but I already had that car so didn't buy in.

But I started wondering how many toys and models involved images of the fairer sex and found I had a few.

Corgi had a number of cars issued with drivers, passengers and other figures, including this Fiat 600 Jolly (#242) with a couple headed to the beach:

Vitesse made several versions of their early 1950's Cadillac, including a pink one with a Hollywood starlet figure (Marilyn Monroe perhaps?), #288 from the original Portugal factory:

Sticking with original Portuguese production, Vitesse #431 Mack B was issued in the "Plenty Good" fruit and vegetable delivery truck. Printed on the sides was an image which could have been attributed to a WW2 bomber nose, or the artist Alberto Vargas. Does anyone know if the truck really existed?

At Le Mans in 1998 the Elf Haberthur team ran a very sexy entry, with nude and partially clothed images all over the car. Minichamps made a version too (a quick sell-out), and the Vitesse model didn't hang around long either. Take a guess what will happen when the Spark version listed in their catalog shows up! The entry finished 20th in the race, if anyone was paying attention back then.

Moving on to Maisto, we have the Mercedes GTR-CLK, with sponsorship by CLK Sportswear. Images of models are on the sides and hood of the car, but tastefully posed so you don't know if the sportswear is there or not:

That's all I found. I'm sure David can respond with his Rextoys pink Cadillac with the Italian movie star in the back - how about an interior shot David?

Part 2 will look at the subject title from a different angle - stay tuned.

A response to Harvey, with addendums (pics)

Just because Harvey demands it:

And my own idea of a great topless replica:

And, finally, here's where I'm coming from:

Yes Chris - but were they 'fast' women? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink!
