Brooklin did a number of Buicks from years 1934 to 1938 in its Buick Collection.  This Special 4-door Touring sedan finished in black was one of only 250 copies issued by Brooklin.

Almost hard to tell the model from the actual car. Note that the Brooklin has the optional side mount spares in the front fenders.

A beautiful model and a great comparison to the 1:1. This was the last model I added to complete the Buick Series. It's a beauty.

Brooklin also did the ‘38 Buick 4-door Touring sedan in Corot Brige.

Another amazing model. I have to say, of all of the Brooklin models in my collection, the ones in the Buick Collection are very special. Each one is a gem.

@david-knight

I thought I might share some pics of my black 1938 Buick which I detailed but my memory misfired as it was a '39. Ah well, will show it anyway.

Steve, your detailed ‘39 is incredibly well done. It looks like what Brooklin is doing with its new level of detail. Your car is a perfect replica. Wow!

David,

Thank you for the compliment but not quite "a perfect replica" as one can tell the difference. Wish I had your excellent reference photo when I did the model, might have either painted the inside of the door pillars black or tried to trim the chrome foil a back a bit. Thank you for the comparison pics.
