John, Thanks for your instructions. All goes well to get this far and then it gets crazy. On the computer the image shows but is much too large. On my cell phone it just shows src="http://www.diecast.org/assets/images/forums/2017/11/29/image(1).jpeg"/ I wonder where I am screwing it up.

Ah! When I edited it and then hit "save" the image came back but how I can reduce the size?

My experience with cell phone photos sent to me is they are way too big for normal email use. For some reason cell phone photos are created in multiple mega pixels (2-5 mega pixels) when much smaller is satisfactory. I take photos with an old digital camera that has settings for 1, 2 or 3 MP and I have it set on 2 and even then crop and resize the photos for email use or posting to the forum. Others may have other solutions. I do not even own a smart phone but can they be set to lower MPs?

If you use the option to,send pictures in emails on iPhones you are asked if you want a small medium or large image. Problem is if you attach from photo file to F43 directly I don't think you are offered any option to compress it. So one solution would be to mail picture selecting small image To yourself then resaving it and then posting that small saved image.....
Bit of a long way round but might work.....
smaller photo!
