Thank you for this Frank. I was a huge fan of Ayrton Senna and remember how disbelieving I was in 1994 when I saw the accident at Imola (on TV, not live). He was a fantastic talent and I was expecting a productive year at Williams. Clip was an excellent memorial.

@david-green Looking at all these racing models, I wonder if those books wouldn't be a worthwhile addition, after all.
As well as lots of models, one thing that I likely have too many of is Formula 1 books. They tend to accumulate. Wiki now has an excellent database on Formula 1 but is limited in pictures.
@david-green I find a problem with books is that as often as not their value to us is not simply in the information held between their covers, which is why some insist on hardbacks all the time. They are like well executed models.
True Charles, I have a small selection of author signed books. I find extra pleasure in owning these. I try to keep a small research collection for any hobbies and models that follow.
The books are often more collectible than the 'toys'.
