A few weeks ago, I posted photos of the Automodello '54 Caribbean in Sahara Sand & Black. In this photo set that model makes another appearance along with the Sahara Sand & Chariot Red version issued by Classic One-Forty-Three. The two of them make an attractive pair.

Beautiful ! They sure look great, apart or together. I would have a hard time choosing between these two and their excellent color combinations. You solved that problem perfectly !

I still prefer the black trimmed one which I have in my very limited Packard Collection. This is a model of exquisite proportions everywhere and far better than Brooklin at twice the price. There is no comparison possible.

I think both Brooklin  and Automodello  did an excellent job on these Packards.  They're all beautiful models, however, both share a wonky design  misstep.  I not sure just what happened but both have an unusual & pronounced "angle up"   to the bottom horizontal edge of the rear quarter. Perhaps this was noted previously, if so, I apologize.  Hmmm......  🤔 🤔 🤔
