Anyone that has looked at my model photos can attest that my collection is on the diverse side. I like a bit of everything and while I concentrate on American cars of the 1940s to 1960s, I occasionally find something outside of that range that I have to have. I don't recall when I learned of this model but of course, when I did, there were none to be found. In the late summer of 2023, BM Outlet posted a bunch of models found in the Brooklin factory during the moves. Another version of this one was posted, it was in a Red/Black combination. I bought it and at the same time, this particular model became available, so I bought it as well. The pair look great and, while much older than by core collection, they are very interesting.

I think it's great! I'm not sure I've ever seen a 1928 Volvo before.... 1/43 or otherwise. I hear 'ya John. It's difficult if not impossible, to stay withing collecting parameters when great looking "other models" come along!
Yes, you do, my collection is not quite as diverse as that. Although, it's through your collection views that I can really appreciate those models I don't collect.
