This beauty was one of those models that came along by chance. I had purchased more than a few models from Jack Dodds, several of them being Lansdowne models. He had this one available and I had to have it... It was modified and detailed by John Roberts.

There have been many times I wanted to have this model and I never remember to look for it. To me, the car is rather homely but it has special memories because many years ago we had a family move two doors away from us from England and they owned one just like this.

Very nice model. I drove one of these briefly in 1958 belonging to a cousin in Yorkshire.. Nimble and comfortable if a little underpowered.
