David: It's a 1929 Pierce Arrow Model 133 made by Dongguan. You will notice that the headlights are not molded into the fenders which is typical of the Pierce Arrow. The real car made in 1929 was sold to someone in New York State rather than being exported to another state or country. At the time,New York State prohibited headlights that were molded into the fenders so cars that were sold locally had the headlights mounted outside the fenders to meet state requirements.

@kenspear Where did you find fender mounted headlights where prohibited in NY State?

I have mostly all  the books published about Pierce Arrow and the Pierce Arrow Society and there is no information to confirm this.

Furthermore, Pierce Arrows were manufactured in Buffalo NY and most of the very wealthy corporate executives where living in NYC.  Fender mounted or drum headlights was an option the buyers could chose from the early 20's to the 30's.

I have come across numerous references on the internet that in fender headlights were illegal for a time in New York State. An article published in Autoweek has Jay Leno stating that the in fender headlights in his Pierce Arrow were illegal in New York State. The Pierce Arrow Society also stated in their article published in the Buffalo Evening News that in fender headlights were illegal for a time in New York State. I can give you more references .It was because of this law that Pierce Arrow made it optional to have either in fender or on fender headlights.
