Elegant pictures of an elegant car. Thanks John! Keep 'em flowing sir!
Just one I would love to have this car. I'd buy a chauffer's hat, put it on Shirley, sit in the back seat and have her drive me through a McDonald's. Then go around the back; switch positions and the hat, and drive her though the Mickey D's.

It happens.... in route to the hall, after her wedding, my sister - and her new husband - did this. Their classic limousine stopped at a McD's drive-thru. Sadly, she passed away a few months ago at the ripe old age of 58.
That 1938 Cadillac limo replica looks superb ! I have this one in 1/18 from Signature and it is a favorite.
Oh Chris, I am SO sorry for your loss my friend!! Losing a sibling is really hard. It's made even more so by her young age. Sincere condolences Chris!!"...sit in the back and drive me through a McDonald's."

@perrone1 Thank you Tony; it was something no one expected to hear - that's for sure.
...as Mike noted, there's a decent 1/18 of this one - which most of us 1/18 guys have, but honestly, I like the overall look of this 1/43 '38 Cadillac much better.
I think it's the wheels - which have different treatments. IMO, the 1/43 hubcaps look better than the hubcap/beauty ring set-up on the 1/18. I'm very tempted to "adjust" my 1/18 wheels to match those on this 1/43. Hmm..... 🤔 🤔
THANKS JOHN! I don't need any more projects! 😠 😠 😡
