These 2 models were issued in 2022 by Automodello. Both are Limited Editions, 1 of 143.

The first time I saw these cars I assumed they had been customized - those headlights just couldn't be factory, or so I thought. 🙄 Great models John; it's nice that those rear top sections are removable. 😀

Love these early Checker cabs. Nice to see ‘open’ and closed versions as well as the different city colours.

These Checkers are really cool and so very unique in taxi design history. This is one I regret not buying.

@whodeytink I just did a quick count - 46 cabs in my collection, including these two. I'm sure I posted the green one back in 2023.
