In 2006 Brooklin issued a very distinctive Packard Model. A Deluxe Eight Sedan in Packard Blue. Now it is indicated in the Brooklin Collector's Guide that the 1st 100 models were painted in a darker (and to my eyes-more accurate) shade of Packard Blue. Due to a paint supply issue, the following models were a different shade. The two compared are definitely different colors, with the 2nd one having a much brighter hue. With that, I am very pleased to have them both of them in my collection as this Packard design style is a favorite of mine.

It good to see them side-by-side so the collector can really tell there was a difference! ๐ย
They both look excellent ! These are really nice automobiles as 1:1's and 1:43's and I never really understood the dismissal that they looked like "pregnant elephants".
I like them ..... and I don't know how a pregnant elephant looks anyway !
