GFCC Cadillac Eldorado 1954. Pics.

Hello everyone.

My very last model of 2018 !
I received this adorable Cadillac today, in her yellow dress. (Sorry for my blurry pictures). After the beautiful MiniMarque's Eldorado 54 models, GFCC is offering Cadillac lovers a very honest refresh and well balanced Eldorado, in 3 colours. ( red, turquoise and yellow ). It's a positive surprise. Proportions are overall very good and the built quality's pretty good too. All trims are silver painted and yes, wheels are "Dinky Toys-ish" but everything is really clean. You can choose to dispatch the model with the top up or down and the interior is also well executed. It's not a high end model of course but it's really impressive, and it's better than some expensive models that suffers from proportions issues...

I have not changed the wheels but I give this Eldorado new wider white walls.
No matter the colour, a must have for Cadillac collectors, IMHO.

My best wishes to everyone on the forum for 2019. Health, happiness and love for you, your loved-ones and families.

Now I am a little fonder of that model than I was. And that soft yellow color becomes it. I usually like top-down convertibles on my display. Did they provide a boot cover for this? (If no, I guess it won't be to hard to make one.)

I wonder if the Yatming 1949 Cadillacs boots would fit?

Eldorado Boot Cover

Remember, The '54 through '56 Eldorado boot was a three piece hard boot of either metal or GRP, (I do not remember which). Ridged and smooth.
