New releases from GFFC in three color combinations. Looks like they finally got the wheels right.

These sure look considerably better than the earlier versions. Like the Jaguar Airline Coupe, I assume the price has also risen substantially.
I like these colors, Jay, and I thank you for posting such good pictures. Here are my two '53 coupes for comparison. (Click on picture for enlargement.)
The BRK was made before Brooklin discovered body chrome, and I've resisted touching it with Bare Metal. The FM is just about 40 years old and was my favorite of that series. I still like its opening features.
But both would probably benefit from the two-tone paint you have shown. Thanks!
I have the Franklin mint as well, also a BOS 53 Studebaker Commander in red/white.
Spark issued one too only they really messed up with the shape of the vent window.
They're listed at $38.98 US with free shipping. Three dollars over their other range except the Jaguar priced at $44.99
Except for the wheels, I think the GFFC models are quite well done and are a bargain. IMO the 56 Lincoln Premier is their best with the A/C vents portrayed...amazing for a 1/43 scale model.
Thanks Jay,
I friend has several full sized Studebakers including the 1953. I'm always looking for event gifts so will try to get the three.

Thanks for the heads-up, I hadn't seen these yet. I am a huge fan of the '53 Studebaker style, so I was able to order two of these. They look very nice in photos, I hope they will arrive looking the same way.
