I received my Goldvarg '48 Pontiac from Sergio yesterday and LOVE it!  The 2-tone grey really appeals to me as does the visor delete.

BEAUTIFUL! Love the colors Jack! I wonder if Pontiac called them the same as what was on the '48 Buick Roadmaster  -  Nickel Gray/Cumulus Gray?

@perrone1 They only describe the color(s) as Oyster Gray 2-tone.  I'm very allergic to shell fish so I'm not sure if there are any 2-tone oysters out there.

This car and the DM Buick both appear 2-tone green to me, not 2-tone gray. I've had my eyes checked...I'm NOT color blind!

Well it is a two-tone pearl either way! Looks very similar to the Buick's colors.

John, that brings the '48 Chevy Aerosedan into the question. It is covered in GM's two-tone, called Liveoak Green and Silver Gray Green. Compare to the Buick:

@sizedoesmatter The "Oyster Gray" Pontiac I have here is definitely gray to my eye at least.  The DM Buick shown is gray-green and the DM Chevrolet definitely green......but that's just what MY sense of sight tells me.

I've had the DM '48 Buick for years. The lower body color always looked green to me. Same with my Goldvarg.

They are gorgeous cars and Goldvarg Pontiac models and look great to me in all colors and with any particular option. Very nice indeed!

The Goldvarg Buicks came in 2 colors. There is no confusion about the green and grey version. As for the Pontiac, I have the green version. It is pretty close to the green Buick.

@nickies I have the same colors as you Richard. The Buicks and the Pontiac are wonderful models even though the white walls are a bit too narrow on the Pontiac.

@bob-jackman I tried to install a set of Durham Classics Whitewalls but they don't fit. I have been more successful to narrow the front track. I also painted the wheel discs green.

@nickies Richard thanks for your comments on the upgrades you made on the Pontiac. I too have the Goldvarg wagon in green and a conquest wagon in black. I also have the Conquest convertible in cream and two sedanettes from Brooklin, one in two tone gray/blue and another in maroon. I must like these Pontiacs more then I thought.
