David, the company was based in Italy and it was called Idea 3. You can see some of their models here:

The Horch is not a list, and I don't recall seeing one.

Idea 3 was a range of 1/43 kits of prewar grand tourers ,produced by Marco Bossi in Italy ,he then produced at least 1 diecast Ferrari in 1/43 ,the model was consumed into the Old Cars range ,he also produced a glossy magazine on our hobby , a hiend publication which disappeared ,I have some I will look them out

If you check out "tin wizard horch" on eBay you may find kits very similar to what you have.

Idea 3 Models from Italy......(pics) of Alfa Romeos
In 1984 I imported some models from Italy, from a company named Idea 3, Autohobby. The proprietor was Marco Bossi, but his models, at the time, were Ferrari and Alfa Romeo. The Ferrari's were the 1958 410 SA Superfast, and the 250 GT Spyder California and Berlinetta, plus the 1936 Alfa Romeo 1750 6C Commerciale. Maybe he did the Horch much later. Photos attached.
I also found another company, which possibly made your car, Waldorf Miniaturen, in Frankfurt, Germany. They made kits of the 1938 Horch Cabriolet Roadster ( this is how it is listed), and the 1936 Horch 830 Pullman Limousine. This is all that I could find from my experiences.

CMC did a number of '37 Horch Cabriolets in top up and top down variants. They are highly detailed.
Look at the silver black and tutone green pics. They are great for modeling the interior.
I have quite a lot of extra detailed shots if you need more.

I remember the Idea3 Ferraris in the yellow box. Contemporary to the old Art and Box Models
