How many read every post on the Forum?
I do. The color of the link changes from blue to purple, allowing me to identify any new comments easily. I may not read every comment in detail but I open every one to scan for pics and such.
John, a few readers only want to look at pictures.
That is why we recommend that the Subject for a post with pictures be preceded with PICS or similar. Of necessity, I read all posts. I do wish that members with only a short post would try to put it all on the subject line.
I'm With You John -
I read every single post, even if it appears to be something that might not be of particular interest to me.
John, I read most of 'em, and check the Forum several times a day.

Sort of Scan & Pan for me; if it's race stuff I pass, but you may learn by opening & reading posts.
I read them all, comment on probably too many, and learn a lot! I enjoy the forum.
Read 'em all, love pics but forget to say my post have a pic a lot of times!
How many go back the next day and search post you've read for new replies? I do!
Sometimes I'm even dumb enough to "hit" a (EOM) title
It's your Forum, and I have no real complaint about the layout except to say that with all the new posts and sub-posts and sub-sub posts being strung out the way they are, things do drift way downstream and out of sight very quickly. If you are away from it for a few days or a couple of weeks, you have to be quite determined to scroll all the way through to find items of interest. Sometimes you wonder whether to add something to a post that is a few days old (and therefore "out of sight, out of mind") or open a new post on the same topic instead, just to make sure it's seen.
And of course if you click through the sub-threads to a topic then click "Go back to Diecast Forums" it takes you right back to the very beginning, rather than to the last main thread. That can be a slight irritation at times, especially for grumpy old men.
The "Yahoo" type layout, where the main posts are listed in tabular form and you can go into the sub-threads of any post then return to the main list, makes things easier in that respect, and key topics are less likely to get overlooked. The downside is that the layout looks very rigid and formal compared to the "conversational string" on this Forum. I guess you pays yer money ....

I read everyone. This is just...
more longer to read everybody and especially write, for me, John. I'm reading the messages of 2009 presently and I answer at some :-)) I go in the archives, if i don't have always the time, very practical for me.
Graeme, I click on the return arrow in the upper LH corner.
That takes me back to where I was. I tend to start a new thread rather than add on to one that is rather old or overly long, particularly if some important information had just become available.
I read every one and am disappointed when some of the messages have the EOM before I even need to click on it to read the
rest of the post.... I know,
get a life.....
I seem to get less and less time to post and read but I think it's great! Many thanks to RJB!!
Oddly at work posts don't change color to register as read.
I know...I AM at work and shouldn't be on here.
Anyway I don't read them all but stick to the ones that appeal to what I collect.
