I'm so happy with the 1953 Ford Country Squire!
I'm so happy about the results of the 1953 Ford Country Squire! In my opinion, it's the best-ever Goldvarg I've ever done.
I know it took more time than expected, but it worth the wait. When I see one of my models and I think to myself:" I would buy it for my collection", then I know the result is as I had imagine since the project started.

Sergio, It is a topper. I am waiting till my German dealer has the blue model in House
Like the license plate on the blue!
Sergio, the blue one you sent me is perfection. I love it!
I like'em both, but especially the red version!
Your detail work is great. When the Chevy II and the Falcon are released I will buy them both.
Looks great! As a White Sox fan,
I'm especially excited by the blue version. What inspired you to use that plate?
They do look very nice, but I have a question. I am not an authority on early-'50s Fords by any means, but I am curious as to why the "wood" framing around the vinyl wood inserts appear to be different colors. The trim around the dinoc panels and windows on the red wagon look more correct to me than the clearly different colors on the blue one. Can anyone explain this?
Station wagons are a major component of my collection and I would like to add one of these Country Squires to my shelves, but I can't figure out which of the two is more authentic-looking. Or is it only my monitor that makes the colors of the "wood" framing appear different?
Thanks!
Sergio, I couldn't decide which color I wanted then I saw the
White Sox on the license plate. And the Sox and I go back to Billy Pierce days. I'm surprised no Cubs on the red one, but that's O.K. These wagons are even better than the best.
Hi, I only have a few models in 1/43 and I'm always looking for 1953 models as that is my birth year. I love these Country Squires!. But may I please ask is it only in the posted pics where there seems to be a black ring around the headlights? Thank-you for any and all replys. Steve
+1 Me too...for sure!
Could the ranch wagon and courier versions be in the future plans????
Really superb replicas of these wonderful Ford wagons. Perfect !
My red one should be on it's way. Can't wait to get it.
I'm getting both. Absolutely couldn't pick a favorite...
