Part 3 of the acclaimed James Moloney Collection, represented by Derek at Rail & Road Auctions, brings another offering of diecast and white metal models, with particular strength in limited-production and hand-built manufacturers.

Highlights include examples from Motor City USA, Victory Models, Minimarque, Top Marques, and others.

The auction is set for February 19.

Such a shame that very few have their original packaging.

@mg-harv Yeah, the guy didn’t keep the boxes. And a few are missing small parts like hood ornaments and side mirrors. But for collectors who are working on a budget, it provides a potential open door to models that might not otherwise be accessible.

Part 2 included some nicely redone / enhanced Brooklins, I got among others a beautiful '37 Olds sedan for 50.00 $

RR 37 Olds

and a modest looking '36 Buick for 30.00 $

RR 36 Buick

which is a nice supplement for my slightly enhanced version

36 Buick

However, my main target was this '41 Buick sedan

RR 41 Buick

which came for 110.00

Found 3 or 4 interesting pieces in the part 3 catalog...so let's see what will happen
