Jensen Interceptor by Oxford (pics)
I've had this for a few months, but only now got some pictures taken. One of my fave cars and the model's really nicely done. I love the colours and the older style wheels are more to my liking than the ones introduced later. The only weird thing about this is that this is supposed to be a very early Mk1 car, but it actually has the Mk2 front end. What's especially strange is that Oxford has already made multiple proper Mk1 and Mk2 versions, so this combination is rather baffling. A mistake? They used the wrong body and didn't notice?
Eh, not that this bothers me at all as I do like the Mk2 front better to the earlier one, and it's not like the Interceptor ever saw that much change to make this super noticeable (the taillights are a bit more pronounced and the side is missing the little badge holder added shortly into the production cycle). Regardless of this little goof, this was real good value for its budget pricing.

Nice pics Jani! I opted for the first Oxford version in gold.
