Just received a classic toy by Crescent.
Found a seller in the UK with this Maserati 250F made by Crescent in the mid-to-late 1950s. A good replica of the early 250F from the 1954 and 1955 Grand Prix seasons. Near perfect condition but sadly no box. Now I have 8 of the original 10 Crescent racers, just need the Aston DB3S and Vanwall to complete the set.

Wow - not aware of this manufacturer - they produced just these 10 models, or just 10 race cars? Period of manufacturing? Outstanding collection!

Believed to be a Jaguar 2.5L saloon and actually made by DCMT for
Crescent. Just like SMTS makes stuff for other folk.
Neat model Karl and there seems to be a few knocking around. All the ones I have seen are not metal fatigued. Unfortunately, Crescent die-cast made after this one are prone to the above because they were made in house after Crescent moved their base from London to South Wales.

When I bought this Maserati, I bought a non-fatigued Ferrari as well.
It replaces one I had with a few cracks, but they have not progressed in the 40+ years I had it. My Crescents are now all fatigue-free!
