Last Thursday I posted here a question about parts for a Somerville kit.(pic) Yesterday and today I heard from Promod in England, a company that is producing modern Somerville kits, as well as selling some older ones. Thanks to good information from Forum 43 participants John Kuliak, John Roberts, and Mike Coupe, I now have the replacement parts on the way! I might add also, at a reasonable fee. I will post pictures upon the arrival, and, I hope, start work soon after on the Standard Flying 12 kit. Thank you, kind gentlemen.

Good news indeed. I love to hear the stories of models companies that make the extra effort to satisfy builders/customers.

David, thanks to your post and answers of John Kuliak and Roberts , I got aware of Promod.

I ordered some missing Somerville kits. I think it will be fun to build them now it is winter-season. Although quality seems not to be the same as it was when Doug & Roly McHard owned and produced the Somerville models.
I will show my Somerville models in another post

That is an excellent reference book! So many good profiles of "1/43 people"!
