MARKLIN (Germany) Diecast Cars and Trucks 1960-61.

Marlklin along with their trains made some interesting vehicles in the early 1960s. Here is what is shown in the 1960-61 Catalogue.

Very nice. I did not know Marklin made car and truck models. What scale are the trains, cars, and trucks?

Cars were listed as 1/43, trucks as 1/60 in one book. Likely, like Corgi and Dinky, approximate.

Marklin made a nice selection of 1/43 diecast models. Now they are extremely rare and not so famous like Dinky and Corgi.

@david-green The early 8000-series cars were about 1:45. The later 1800-series were 1:43.
