Matrix 1934 J Riviera Phaeton
Some time ago someone placed a post regarding the incorrect description plate (incorrectly stated as a 1933 Duisenberg Arlington Torpedo Sedan) on this model. It was mentioned that Matrix planned to provide correct replacement plates for models already issued. I emailed Matrix for an update but have not yet received a reply .Does anyone know how and where to obtain a replacement plate only? Thanks.
They did the same thing with the recently issued Bristol 406, calling it a Bristol 402. I haven't had the courtesy of a reply. I am told they will replace them and that the problem was a language translation. I'm sure the Chinese use the same numbers as we in the West, and elsewhere.. I wait patiently.
Funny thing...
I, too, purchased this model and it has the wrong nameplate. Figures...this the very first time I've gotten a model numbered 001 of 400. I didn't figure they'd ship out #1 of the batch.
