From an earlier post,  this item intrigues me.  So at 1:48th I'm guessing there is room enough for a few 43rd scale cars.  Not too much difference in size.  Anyone have input on this?

Here is a link to the Menards site:  https://www.menards.com/main/grocery-home/menards-collectibles/train-stuff-from-menards/train-stuff/o-scale-valley-motors-car-dealership/2796396/p-1958440146138866-c-13318.htm?searchTermToProduct=2796396

John, I have also been wondering about this, and I decided to try an experiment.  The Menards website indicates the size of the building is about 15 inches by 13.25 inches.  Assuming the 15 inches is the width, I cut out an approximate floor plan on a piece of paper and put four 1/43 scale cars on it to see how it looks.  I used longer cars such as the red and blue 1959 Pontiacs, blue 1959 Mercury, and blue 1960 Cadillac.  See attached picture.  The 1/43 scale cars are approximately 11.1% longer and wider than a 1/48 scale car, and I think the garage doors will be ok.  I have been thinking about buying one, although I really do not need it. I hope this helps.

@ed-davis  Great, I think I'll pop for one.  You have to get an additional power source device to make the lighting and roof turntable operate.  I like the idea you can change the sign to different brands which should make for good photo opportunities.
