Made in England, USA code number, bought from Dave Sinclair’s model store in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Yellow lights are typically French but I think in this case, it is discolouration with age. I guess my reference to several years should have said about twenty years.
Old Minimarques are notorious for yellowed lenses. As are Top Marques.
Has anyone tried silver paint or similar covered by clear coat over the yellowed lights?
Any other suggestions other than leave it as it is now?
Although not for headlights, I have painted over resin and epoxy many times. There are many silver, aluminum, and chrome paints available. You can give one a try. I had not thought about this, and it should look better than the yellow lights.

I love it. An important piece of Packard's survival during the great depression.
I love the model. I must confess, after all I'm Catholic and this is still Lent, that I was trying to be facetious with my French comment.

A gorgeous model that is most definitely on my wish list. I love the color on this one.

You could pretend that the car was driven in France as they all had yellow lights from 1937 to 1992....

Is the yellowing on the outside or inside of the lense ?
Might a good polishing with a white toothpaste help ?
Or maybe some Bleech-White for whitewall tires ?
I used to use white paste toothpaste to polish out fine scratches in model car 'glass'.
It worked pretty well.
