I have a MOC 1956 Chevrolet Belair MC-32 2 dr htp in what I believe is Colonial Cream and Laurel Green. It came in the wrong box when I purchased it-a 1956 Chevrolet Belair convertible MC-31. I went to Hobby db to see if I could find it and found a picture of MY MODEL in the wrong box. Other than that, I cannot find any record of this color. It does not look like a repaint to me as the paint job appears to be factory- flawless. I am puzzled. Can anyone help me out; perhaps someone who has the original MOC catalogue and can see if this color is in it. Thanks.
Did MOC ever produce a catalog? I have seen this small poster but it does not mean that they did not produce other color's....

Thanks Karl. I remember seeing that poster some time ago. If anyone has other posters of MOC 56 Belairs, I would appreciate knowing. I once heard that MOC would produce one off colors for high value customers, etc.,so collectors could have a model like their 1:1s.Can anyone confirm this. I just wonder if my model is a one off done by MOC.
I am beginning to think that this was factory painted. I noticed that the "belair" photo etching is in place over the paint on the rear fenders. I cannot imagine where a private individual would get these and apply them after a repaint. I don't thing that even a professional painter would be able to paint around them.
